A little bit about Maureen ​
​
Maureen Farrell is an accomplished PGA Professional and Director of Instruction at Oakwood Country Club in Kansas City, Missouri, with over 15 years of teaching experience. She earned her Class A PGA Membership in 2009 through the University of Nebraska's Professional Golf Management program.
​
Her expertise and contributions to the field of golf instruction have earned her several accolades, including multiple recognitions from Golf Digest as one of the "Best Teachers in State" and "Best Young Teachers in America." The Midwest PGA Section has honored her with the Player Development Award twice and the Junior Player Development Award. In 2023, Maureen was named a Top 100 Growth of the Game Teacher in America by the Golf Range Association of America (GRAA).

Maureen holds a Level 3 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification and is an ambassador for Swing Catalyst. She is also a founding Board Member of WatsonLinks, a junior golf initiative by Tom Watson, and serves on the education committee for the Midwest PGA Section. Her extensive experience and commitment to the growth of the game reflect her dedication to advancing golf instruction and player development.
